How We Do It

Any order placed before 1pm (AEST) will be processed on the same day, after 1pm your order will be processed on the next day (excluding Quilt cover sets).  All orders are shipped from Innisfail, Queensland.

Shipping within Australia:

• Standard Shipping – $10 (this is usually sufficient for 1-5 shirts. 

• Express Shipping – $15

• Free standard shipping for orders over $150

• Local pickup at Innisfail, QLD optional

• Please note that Multiple or Larger items will incur a larger shipping fee that will be provided at checkout.

We are lucky to have little impact from COVID 19 at this time, your orders are still being dispatched daily, however please bear in mind that Australia Post may be experiencing delays – if you’re in a hurry, you can select Express post at checkout!

The Small Print

- Damages and Issues - 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Exceptions / Non-returnable Items - 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, free items or gift cards.

- Returns - 
You have ​14​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After 14 days, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with it’s original tags. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

- Refunds - 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Shipping - 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation information for parties and workshops.

- Workshops - 

There are NO refunds on workshops but you can rebook your workshop within 24 hours of the workshop to another date. All fees and deposits paid will be held in credit. All workshops are quickly booked out, so if your cancellation is less than 24 hours and there is no available space in the next few days, you will receive a credit to reschedule to another Rainbow Tie Dye Workshop of even value within 12 months. All Bookings are Transferable to a second party in the event that the customer is unable to attend the workshop, such transfers must be requested 24 hours prior to the Workshop for desired transfers to be eligible.  If a class is cancelled by Rainbow Tie Dye (eg due to minimum number not reached, not available due to COVID), you will receive either a full refund within 3 days or the opportunity to transfer to another Rainbow Tie Dye Workshop of even value within 12 months.

- Parties - 

For bookings cancelled more than 6 days prior to the event you will receive a full refund (deposit) or you can move it to another date.

There will be NO refunds for bookings cancelled less than 6 days prior the the event.

We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

Rainbow Tie Dye will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
